1 Condensate discharge

2 Check the lubricating oil

B. Oil mist is the best one to fill the oil once a week: oil to pay attention to the amount of oil to reduce the situation. If the fuel consumption is too small, should adjust the amount of oil drops; the adjusted amount of oil is still little or no drop of oil, oil mist device should check whether the import and export of anti loaded, pipeline is blocked. To understand the content of lubricating oil is appropriate, its method is a clean white paper placed near the outlet valve of the valve, in three to four cycles, if only white light spots, show good lubrication, suitable for oil mist content.
3 Air compressor maintenance
A. Leak check to see if there is a leak.
B. Motor drive belt is loose, aging.
C. Pays special attention to supplement air compressor crankcase oil, oil oil sight glass shall not be less than the lower limit, and according to the air compressor nameplate to supplement or replace the winter oil with viscosity.
