Sewage discharge regulations of concrete batching plant
1) According to the site conditions of the concrete batching plant, rationally set up waste water sedimentation tank and car washing pool,layout drainage system and set clear indication. Set up more than three filter tanks for sewage discharging.The plan of sewage discharging needs to be planned and designed.Sets the multi-level sedimentation tank, the sewage achieves the emission standard after the precipitation filtration.And toilet sewage should be closed processing through centralized independent pipeline into septic tank.
2) set up two large garbage accumulation pools in the concrete batching plant living area and office production area to centralized store all kinds of garbage. Garbage disposal pool generally adopt brick structure. And the volume shall not be less than 4m x 3m x 1.5m.Regularly notify the local sanitation department to dispose garbage, watering ground and cover the dust source.
3) Keep the site clean and tidy. After the working of concrete batching plant, workers should clean site and equipment timely.
4)Set motor vehicles and equipment washing facilities,drainage ditch and sedimentation tank in accordance with actual needs.Construction waste water must be disposed and achieve standard ,then discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network or river.
5) waste water, waste oil of concrete batching plant equipment shall not be directly discharged into rivers, lakes and other waters,shall not be also discharged into the nearby land of drinking water.
