1)Before the test of concrete batching plant, workers should firstly check that the electric voltage and capacity  is in line with the requirements, whether there is leakage protection device and whether equipment is the situation of  short circuit and leakage. And ensure that the mixing drum and belt conveyor can't have debris.

2) During the test of concrete batching plant, miscellaneous personnel must leave the scene. And one commissioning personnel is responsible for operation and another is responsible for observing. At the meanwhile , the two people must ensure good correspondence.

3) When adjust the belt deviation, the body to keep away from the machine.

4) When adjust other facilities of concrete batching plant, workers must turn down the power.

5) Maintain the gas path, workers not only need turn down the power, but also should vent the compressed air to ensure the safety.

6)Before starting the concrete batching plant every time, workers have to ring the bell warning. And only after the inspection of the specified personnel, the concrete batching plant can start.

7) When stopping or repairing of concrete batching plant, no material shall be kept in the hopper, so as to prevent the  releasing pressure into the main machine causing unnecessary trouble and danger.
