The adjustment of concrete coordination ratio will effect the quality of concrete
In concrete batching plant, the coordination ratio refers to the proportion of each component materials. The ratio of water and cement, unit water consumption and sand ratio are three basic parameters of designing the concrete coordination ratio. They directly effect the performance of concrete.
The basic principles of determining these three basic parameters are as follows:
1) Determine the water and cement radio on the basis of meeting the strength and durability of concrete.
2) On the basis of meeting the workability of the concrete construction, determine the unit water consumption in accordance with the the specification of aggregate.
3) The quantity of sand should be determined by the principle of filling the void with a slight surplus.
So, the concrete batching plant construction organization should select coordination ratio provided by testing laboratory. Then adjust the coordination ratio in accordance with the water content of sand and stone in construction site. In the most of survey, some construction organization don't measure the water content and adjust the correct coordination ratio. It's often an important factor affecting the quality of concrete.
In addition, the mixing methods and vibration mode both have great impact on the strength of concrete.After that concrete is entered in the model, concrete is made through scientific vibration, and make each component materials be uniform and compact.If there is no vibration compacting concrete in the vibration process, it will make the concrete strength decreased, the surface with honeycomb holes, water seepage. But the over vibration will make cement slurry increased and coarse aggregate sink, appearing segregation and leading to uneven concrete materials, reduce the strength of concrete.
All in all, the users must grasp the concrete proportioning and mixing method of concrete batching plant. Only with quality first as the principle, can we produce high quality concrete.
