After a period of use of the concrete mixing station, some normal wear will occur. If the user can maintain the equipment during normal work, the mixing station will run more smoothly and the life of the equipment will be greatly extended. 1. View the concrete mixing station components. During the normal operation period of the mixing station, it is necessary to check the fixing and connection of the machine before starting each time to be firm and reliable; the moving parts should be sensitive and unobstructed.
2. Check the fuel quantity of the concrete mixing station. The amount of fuel in the fuel tank should be sufficient. When it is missing, the accumulated and filtered fuel should be added.
3. Register the concrete mixing station oil circuit. Open the oil valve on the pipeline, unscrew the bleed screw of the fuel injection pump and the oil filter (the available manual oil with the hand pump), and pry the air out of the oil passage to check for oil leakage.
4. View the cooling water. When the amount of water is lacking, compensate for the soft water and check for water leakage.
5. Check the oil in the concrete mixing station. Pull out the dipstick to check the oil storage. If the oil level is lower than the standard mark, it should be added; if the oil level exceeds the rule mark, the oil increase factor should be found and treated.
6. The concrete mixing station is manually lubricated. Add enough lubricant to the demanding part.
7. Pack up the debris in the concrete mixing station. Look around and above the concrete mixing plant. If something or something else is found, store it.
8, manual rollover. Any mixing station that can manually roll the crankshaft should roll the number of turns before starting to improve the lubrication conditions of each contact part and reduce the starting resistance. When rolling the crankshaft, the oil quantity control should be arranged in the stop fuel supply direction. If there is a decompression arrangement, it should be placed in the decompression limit.
