Supervisor's responsibilities of Concrete Batching Plant
Enterprises of producing commercial concrete should have the following seven departments: equipment department, management department, technical quality department, production department, integrated Office, finance department, logistics department, etc. And the seven departments totally have more than 20 positions, including minister, purchaser, weightman, warehouse keeper, inside industry member, statisticians, engineers, inspectors, testing, file manager, production scheduler, on-site dispatcher, captain of cars, truck drivers, tanker drivers, forklift drivers, mixing console operator, electrician, maintenance personnel, director, secretary, accountant, cashier, cooks, firemen etc. And Supervisor's responsibilities of Concrete Batching Plant are as follows:
1)Fully in charge of the production and operation of the concrete batching plant,supervise and control the implementation process of the production.
2)Overall control of the company's work plan, material purchasing plan, cost control plan.
3)Mainly responsible for implementation of business plan,the use of funds, profit and loss of party, institutions and personnel allocation, and other major issues.
4)Be familiar with business and operation process, and have strong leadership skills and ability in team management.
5)Be familiar with the overall operation of the enterprise, the management of the enterprise, the work flow of each department.
