The difference between commercial concrete mixing plant and engineering concrete mixing plant
Concrete mixing plant can be divided into 2 types: commercial one and engineering one. Both the two types serve as concrete mixing equipment. As a result, they are similar to each other in production. The main difference between the two is reflected in their price and configuration.
In terms of configuration, we can know literally that the commercial concrete mixing plant produces high-quality concrete for sale and the purpose is to get more and more profit; in contrast, the engineering concrete mixing plant produces the concrete only for self demand of the construction site, not for sale. In the regard of configuration, commercial mixing plant requires large model equipment with high productivity, while engineering one is the small-sized simplified concrete mixing plant. That is, in configuration, the latter needs fewer machines than the former.
In terms of price, commercial concrete mixing plant is much more expensive than the engineering one. However, this doesn’t mean that the former works better than the latter. On the contrary, as the engineering concrete mixing plant belongs to small model plant, it is much easier to move and dismantle. By comparison, the commercial concrete mixing plant needs to supply a large amount of concrete and as a result, once it is established, it is generally kept unchanged.
When choosing models of concrete mixing plant, customers should firstly consider which type to purchase: commercial type or engineering type. Each type has its own advantages. What counts most is to meet our requirements in practical situation.
