1) Technical Requirements 1. After installation, the machine parts make no noise and can be moved flexibly. 2. The discharge chute can be open and closed freely and responsively. When it is off status, there should be no material leakage. 3. Safety performance of the electrical system should be in line with GB/T4094 standard. 4. Prior to machine commissioning, anti-rust paint should be applied to the machine. After the test is finished, spray the exterior trim paint to make indicative mark.
2) Simple Operation The whole equipment set is controlled by the computer, which allows for both manual and automatic control. Via the dynamic panel display, users can better monitor the working status of all the machine parts. Meanwhile, production report can be stored and printed.

4) Easy Transportation When transfer to other building sites, the plant just is divided into two parts, cement silo and mixing plant. The trailer will drag it to destination. The wheels will make movement more convenient.
5) Control System The high precision weighing system and industrial control computer are charged with the responsibility for data collection, automatic production control, real-time record of production data, and data management (including production report searching and printing). With optimized configuration, the system features good stability, powerful function and simple operation.
6) Main Functions 1. Automatic, continuous production greatly improves productivity. 2. The machine can automatically adjust the batching times and mixing volume per batch. This reduces work load as well as the possibility of operation mistakes. 3. Automatic weight compensation and material parameter adjustment improves the batching accuracy. 4. Moisture content in the material can be calculated.
