PLD series concrete batching machine is composed of three parts,including feeding system, weighing system and electrical control system.

Its main functions are storing materials and feeding into hopper in charging of control system. 2)The weighing system is the main part of the concrete batching machine, composed of weighing hopper, suspension device and batching control instrument. 3) Electric control system is the core part of concrete batching machine.Its function is that achieve the whole batching machine weighing, display, operation and complete a variety of automatic batching process.This system is mainly composed of batching controller and electric circuit. 4)The whole machine's working principle of PLD concrete batching machine: The sand and stone materials are supplied to each storage hopper by the loader before the operation. According to the instruction of the batching control instrument, the formula is input to the control instrument.Then Press the batching button, the batching machine will begin to enter the automatic batching process.The working process is as follows: Firstly, I(material) belt machine begin to work and transport I(material) to the weighing hopper. When I reach the set value in the weighing hopper, I belt machine with stop automatically. Then, II(material) belt conveyor will start automatically.When the weight of the material in the hopper reaches the sum of the material I and II, II belt conveyor stops. And the III belt machine begins to work. ………… After four materials are complete,the machine will be in the status of waiting discharging. Then press the discharging button, discharging belt conveyor will discharge dry concrete materials into the hopper of concrete mixer.After the material is finished, the discharging belt conveyor will automatically stop.Second new batching materials process start, then discharge,and so that.
