     First of all, establish a closed material field environment.Because the sand gravel ia with high dust cotent and without washing. It is easy to spread dust in the process of storing and transportion.So we use the color heat insulation board to establish a closed material field. It not only can prevent the spread of dust, but also reduce the noise pollution in the work.

     Secondly, concrete batching plant all should be sealed. Same to the principle of closed material field,  the main station, operation room and belt convyor all should be also closed by color heat insulation board.

    Thirdly, the dust elimination of cement silo. Generally , installing dust catcher on the roof of cement silo can effectively reduce the pollution of dust.

    In addition,We can add spiral nozzle in concrete batching plant. It will improve the nozzle structure and form water curtain, to suppress the dust generated when feeding on the host.
