The "three steps" inspection of concrete batching plant after work
If concrete batching plant's inspection and maintenance is proper, It will greatly prolong service time and save cost. Therefore, the users must complete the inspection and maintenance of concrete batching plant after work.
First step: cut off the power supply After work,the user must cut off power and lock the door of distribution. Then clean the reminder of the inner wall of the mixer, the mixing device, the unloading door and others’. And check connecting bolt of the impeller, liner of stirring device. After shutdown, the power supply of the control system must be cut off, and the main power supply is switched off.
Second step: cleaning work Clean admixture weighing bucket of concrete batching plant, hopper and discharge door of powder weighing hopper, appearance and unloading of host station.Before cleaning, works must set free to the water in storage tank of air compressor and the liquid in the water pipe and additive pipe. In the winter,the gas in the air compressor and the storage tank. After the shutdown of concrete batching plant, the workers must complete the cleaning work of host's surface and stirring shaft in one hour, not more than two hours.Workers must clean host mixer carefully, especially the part of stirring shafts and discharge door. If concrete become solid and dry, it will make discharge door blocked and damage door, shaft and bearing. It is prohibited to use pneumatic pick to hit lining plate, stirring arm and mix leaves.When auxiliary workers clean the pit mud and material leakage, the weight of solid and materials leakage anti loaded to belt conveyor is not more than 200kg. Batch transportation can prevent damage to the drum motor and conveyor belt.
Third step: check and accept After finishing the cleaning work of concrete batching plant, workers should notify the mechanic check and accept. If it's not qualified, workers must clean again without dodge.
