1) The concrete mixer should be installed in solid and smooth ground to prevent it from dumping.
2) Before the operations,we should check the machine in the sequence of cleaning, fastening, lubrication, adjustment, anticorrosion program, and make it meet the requirements, must timely eliminate hidden dangers of accidents.
3) Distribution equipment of electric driven concrete mixer should properly install fuse and grounding device to ensure the safety of electrical system.
4) In the mixer operation, don't make the sand and stone fall into the running part of the machine to avoid spare parts to be stuck and damaged.
5) After the lifting of the hopper, there is strictly prohibited someone stay and by below hopper. If the bucket must be in the maintenance, the operation must be carried out after the power cutting off and the hopper hanged tightly by insurance chain. And the hopper should lowered slowly, so as to avoid falling too fast to damage mechanics and break down.
6) Concrete Mixer can't stop before discharging concrete and start after feeding materials. The feeding amount can not exceed the required capacity
7) Don't feeding materials before hopper stop.
8) The concrete mixer must be installed stably and securely. Before the work, the operatin persopnnel should check if the clutch and brake is flexible and reliable, whether the wire rope and protection device is complete and reliable, and try to run it.If the mixing drum rotate smoothly, not beating, wandering, hopper and a discharging door rotate flexible, and hopper cam is normal, the mixer can work.
9) Do not allow to start mixer with full load, in case electric flow is too large to damage the motor. When a sudden power failure or break down, the materials on barrel should be out by manpower. Then check and repair it.
10)If operation personnel must enter into the mixing barrel for cleaning or maintenance, the power should be strictly controlled to prevent the occurrence of accidents.
11)After the end of the work, the barrel of concrete mixer should be cleaned timely to prevent caking concrete.
