Protective measures for construction of concrete batching plant during rainy season
In the spring and summer rainy season, concrete batching plant construction is easy to be caught in a shower or a rainstorm suddenly.Therefore, in the process of concrete construction, we should pay more attention to the following aspects, and do a good job of protection measures.
1)Before the coating of template isolation layer,we must timely grasp the weather forecast to prevent that the isolation layer is washed away by the rain.
2) When concrete construction encounter heavy rain, workers should stop pouring concrete.And the part that has been pouring should be covered. Cast concrete should consider more construction joint indwelling in accordance to the structure and the possibility.
3)During rainy construction of concrete batching plant, workers should strengthen the determination of moisture content of concrete's coarse and fine aggregate content, and adjust the water consumption timely.
4)Before large area of concrete pouring, workers must understand 2-3 days weather forecast to avoid heavy rain. Prepare the materials for rain for the sudden heavy rain in concrete pouring site.
5)When it rains,steel bar welded can not be carried out in the concrete batching plant. If urgent need, workers should complete the rainproof work or move construction work to indoor.The new weld part of steel should be protected from rain pouring, so as to avoid sudden cooling and brittle fracture to affect the quality of the project.
