Unify Management and Specification for electricity of Concrete Batching Plant
In the operation of concrete batching plant,the staff should strengthen the management of the circuit system and erecute standardization of power system to reduce the occurrence of unnecessary accidents. So, we need to the folowing: i)The working staff, participating in electrical construction must be qualified after professional training and examinations. Only after the operation reached safety tests, they can engaged in the operation. Electrical operation personnel should participate in safety and technical examination regularly. For some one who did not participate in the electrical working for continuous three months,they must learn about the electrical operation rules again and pass examination. Then they can return the electrical work. ii)Distribution line of concrete batching plant construction site must be equipped with safety devices, leakage protection device and electrical safety interlock device, signal device. Each branch end of The distribution linemust be equipped with the switch and the effective short-circuit and overload protection. The distribution transformer shall be fitted with a fence, and kept clean and tidy, not planting any plant. iii)In the system of concrete batching plant, power transmission must be in accordance with the procedures. Stop, send electric load or in the fault zone load conditions,the transmission of high voltage must be prohibited. And the switching operation and replacement of fuse work is also prohibited in the thunderstorm weather.
